Smoking policies follow the venue’s guidelines; typically, smoking is not allowed inside, but there may be designated smoking areas outdoors.

Valet parking is available at the Ritz-Carlton, along with limited self-parking options. Ride-sharing is also recommended due to the event’s high attendance.
Due to the nature and planning required for the event, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

No, purchasing a table does not include entry to the event. General Admission (GA) or VIP tickets must be purchased separately from the tables. Everyone attending must have a ticket to enter the gala
Yes, all attendees must be 21 years or older to enter the gala.
Flapper dresses, feathers, suits, and hats are encouraged in keeping with the Roaring 20’s theme. Black tie is optional but no jeans please – most attendees dress to the nines!
To ensure the safety of all attendees, we strongly suggest using transportation services such as Lyft, Uber, or Light Rail. We also remind all guests to consume alcohol responsibly.
In accordance with Colorado Liquor Laws, it is mandatory for each individual to present a valid 21+ ID. Without this identification, entry into the event will not be permitted. In the event that you forget your ticket, it can be accessed through the Eventbrite App or alternatively, staff at the door can look up your reservation using your ID.
Any person behaving in a disorderly manner, engaging in harassing or uncomfortable behavior, or otherwise failing to comply with this policy may be removed from any KLP-hosted event or refused admittance (including to future Kevin Larson Presents events) at any time in KLP sole discretion. Individuals who are expelled from an event for a violation of this policy will not be provided with a refund.

Indemnification: Attendees acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold Kevin Larson Presents, its members, staff, sponsors and Venue harmless from any and all loss, costs, expenses, or damages with respect to any injury to person or property of any kind.
Force Majeure: Kevin Larson Presents shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes may include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public enemy, civil unrest, labor disputes, labor or material shortages, or restraint by court order or public authority (whether valid or invalid). In the event of such delay, Kevin Larson Presents has the right to provide a reasonable substitute of similar style and value. The rescheduling date will vary depending on the original event preparation.
