The refund is based on what you paid, so buying now at the early bird price costs you nothing on the referral side.

Buying early costs you nothing

The reward is money back on what you paid, not a discount at checkout. Your link arrives after you buy. So grab your ticket now at the early bird price, then start recruiting: the refund stacks on top of whatever you paid. Refer eight and your ticket price comes back to you.

Early bird pricing ends November 20 at the latest, sooner if it sells through.

How to work the room

  1. Buy your ticket. GA or VIP, your personal referral link is issued with your purchase. No signup, no forms, it just shows up.
  2. Send it. The group chat. Your story. The coworker who’s “probably down.” Your link tracks every ticket bought through it, automatically.
  3. Climb the leaderboard. Referrals post publicly below. Yes, people check it. Yes, it gets competitive. That’s the point.
  4. Get paid back. Refunds go out after your referrals are confirmed. Hit eight and you walked into New Year’s Eve at The Ritz-Carlton for free, with your whole crew in the room.

And here’s the compounding trick: a crew of eight doesn’t just zero out your ticket. It gets eight people in at the early bird price while it lasts, and it’s the easiest way to get everyone sleeping upstairs instead of fighting over the ride home. Discounted Ritz-Carlton rooms are through our link while the block lasts.

Referral questions

It arrives with your ticket purchase. There’s no separate signup. Buy a ticket to White Rose Gala 2026 and Ticket Fairy issues your personal link automatically. Check your confirmation email and your Ticket Fairy account.

A refund. You pay the live price when you buy, then get money back as friends purchase through your link. That’s deliberate: buying early never costs you anything on the referral side.

Yes, and that combination is the cheapest way into The Ritz on New Year’s Eve. Buy at the early bird price, refer eight, and your ticket price comes back to you.

The program covers tickets, not table reservations. Every guest at a table still needs a ticket (VIP for Speakeasy tables), so have your table buy their tickets through your link and those count.

No. GA or VIP, every ticket bought through your link counts toward your total.

Only tickets bought through your link count, so the link has to be in the group chat before the group buys. The leaderboard is public, which tends to speed that up.

Refunds are issued after your referrals are confirmed. Ticket Fairy reaches you through the details from your original purchase, so keep an eye on that inbox.

Eight friends makes your ticket free, and that’s the top of the refund. Nothing stops you from recruiting nine and taking the leaderboard crown outright.
Round up the crew

Everyone’s already going out

New Year’s Eve lands on a Thursday this year and New Year’s Day is a Friday holiday. No alarm, no early flight. Your crew is going somewhere on December 31. You might as well be the one who gets paid for organizing it.
