Frequently asked questions

Tickets and pricing

Right now there is one ticket tier: Flash Sale VIP at $109 with fees included, 34% off the full price. It is sold on TicketFairy. Flash sale pricing ends when the tier sells out or the sale closes, so the earlier you buy, the less you pay. Reserved tables for four are $163.50 and do not include entry.

Everyone is a VIP. This year there is a single ticket, and every guest gets the whole Ritz-Carlton takeover: the ballroom, the speakeasy room, the live band, the DJs, the performers and the midnight balloon drop. No velvet rope, no upsell at the door.

No. A table reservation only holds your seats in the ballroom or the speakeasy. Every guest at the table still needs a ticket, sold separately on TicketFairy. Everyone attending must have a ticket to enter the gala.

No. The White Rose Gala runs cash bars, so you buy drinks as you go. Your ticket covers entry and access to the full decor, the performances and the entertainment. If an open bar is the deciding factor for your night, our Denver NYE events guide lists the parties that include one.

Tickets are delivered by email from TicketFairy and also live in the TicketFairy app. At the door, show the QR code on your phone with your ID. If you cannot find the email, staff can look up your order by name and ID.

Due to the nature and planning required for the event, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Tickets are transferable through TicketFairy if you need to hand yours to a friend.

The night

Thursday, December 31, 2026, from 8 PM to 1 AM at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, 1881 Curtis Street, downtown, a few blocks from the 16th Street New Year’s Eve fireworks. Doors open at 8.

The White Rose Gala is Denver’s New Year’s Eve hotel takeover, produced by Kevin Larson Presents for the 24th year. It is a Roaring Twenties, Gatsby-themed party that takes over The Ritz-Carlton with art deco decor, a live swing band, DJs across two rooms, theatrical performers, selfie stations, a champagne-and-confetti countdown with a balloon drop at midnight, and discounted hotel rooms upstairs so nobody has to find a ride home.

A live swing band, DJs in both the ballroom and the speakeasy room, and theatrical performers in keeping with the Roaring Twenties theme, plus the countdown and balloon drop at midnight. The 2026 lineup is announced on the homepage and by email to the Members Club as it is confirmed.

Flapper dresses, feathers, pearls, suits, vests and hats are encouraged in keeping with the Roaring Twenties theme. Black tie is optional but no jeans, please. Most guests dress to the nines, and a sharp suit or a cocktail dress fits right in.

Yes. All attendees must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID to enter the gala. No exceptions.

Yes, there is a coat check at the event.

Smoking follows the hotel’s rules: no smoking inside, with designated smoking areas outdoors.

The Ritz-Carlton is fully accessible, and accommodations can be made for guests with disabilities. Contact the hotel directly with specific requests, or email us and we will help coordinate.

Getting there and staying

Yes. Discounted rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver are available through our booking link while the block lasts. The party is downstairs and your room is an elevator ride up, which is the whole point of a hotel takeover on New Year’s Eve.

Valet parking is available at The Ritz-Carlton, with limited self-parking nearby. Because of the crowd and the downtown fireworks, we recommend rideshare or RTD. RTD has run free buses and trains on New Year’s Eve from 7 PM to 7 AM in recent years; confirm the 2026 schedule before you go.

Best answer: book a room and take the elevator. Otherwise assign a sober driver, pre-schedule a rideshare pickup, or use RTD light rail. Surge pricing downtown peaks between midnight and 2 AM. Whatever you choose, do not drink and drive.

House rules

In accordance with Colorado liquor laws, every guest must present a valid 21+ ID. Without it, entry will not be permitted. If you forget your ticket, pull it up from your TicketFairy confirmation email or the TicketFairy app, or staff at the door can look up your order using your ID.

About Kevin Larson Presents: 30 years of Denver events

Kevin Larson Presents has been producing immersive events in Denver for 30 years. Tagline: Live Passionately, Experience Extraordinary. The events are built for people who want a night that is actually different, not a ballroom with a DJ and a cash bar and nothing else.

How it started. A Halloween party with a no-costume, no-entry rule. About 150 people, twenty dollars a head, and a bar that did not close. That party grew into Paranormal Palace, Denver’s Halloween hotel takeover, now in its 17th year. A lingerie boutique Kevin ran on the side inspired the Victorian Fetish Ball, which became the Naughty Ball.

The White Rose Gala. The New Year’s Eve party came next: a Roaring Twenties gala with a live swing band, DJs, performers and a midnight balloon drop, staged as a full hotel takeover so the night does not end on a curb. December 31, 2026 is the 24th White Rose Gala, at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver.

Today. Five signature nights a year: the White Rose Gala on New Year’s Eve, Denver Mardi Gras on the last Saturday of February, Denver Derby Day on Kentucky Derby Saturday, Jammy Jam in September, and Paranormal Palace on Halloween. More than 500 immersive events produced, named the number one event designer by The Denver Post, and covered by The Denver Post, Westword, 5280, HBO, ABC, NBC, CBS, E!, A&E and Woman’s Day.

The idea behind all of it. As Kevin put it in a 2018 Yellow Scene interview, KLP is “a group of people coming together trying to bring happiness to Denver, throw some amazing parties, and give people something different than what’s offered.” That is still the job.
